Use of and subscription to Amber platform: we require basic contact details, including name, email address, phone number, job title and IP address to enable your subscription and use of Amber. We may need to use this information to contact you about Amber. Card details are collected by a third party.

Contacting us: when you get in touch with us via our website or contact information, or attend an event or webinar, we will collect basic contact information.

Visiting our website or the Amber platform: we use cookies on our sites. Some of these cookies are necessary for the function of the platform. Cookies are small files which are used to make websites work more efficiently, to help improve the user’s experience and to provide website usage information. Our cookies collect information such as IP address and approximate location. Please see the separate Cookies Policy.

Marketing: we only collect basic personal data from publicly available sources, such as LinkedIn, or networking events that we attend.
